Welcome to HR Guy, the new home of Pradz Placements. We felt the need to diversify and rebrand in these trying times, to offer new recruitment and staffing solutions to our clients.

We are a generalist recruitment agency in operation since 2013 with a team of outstanding recruitment and staffing specialists that are here to assist our clients with all types of contract and permanent employment needs.

HR Guy operates nationally and we are able to source candidates all over SA due to our diverse database, specialised search engines and vast Social Media networks. Our candidate pool is vast and encompasses all provinces in SA.

We source viable candidates according to our client’s minimum spec requirements and we shortlist the top suited candidates for consideration. Proper reference verifications are done before sending the CV to our clients and relevant checks such as Credit, Qualification and Criminal Checks can be performed on request of our clients.
